Orders, Delivery & Customize
1. General Information
For off-the-shelf products, we usually ship within 5~10 business days of receiving an order.
For pre-sale or non-stock products, the page will mark the approximate shipping time, the actual shipping time may vary.
For customized products, please allow the production time usually increased by 1-2 weeks, for specific delivery time, please feel free to contact us.
Remark: the wood, leather, size, color, etc. of the product can be customized.
2. Order Processing
Orders must undergo production before shipment. The time from order placement to package receipt comprises Processing Time and Shipping Time.
A status of "Processing" indicates your order has been verified and entered into the processing procedure. Processing time is necessary for confirming contact information, sorting items, conducting rigorous quality checks, and packing. Once properly packed, the order is handed over to the shipping company.
A status of "Shipping" means your items have commenced shipping, and you can track your order after the courier updates the tracking number. Given international shipping, the package might be in transit or undergoing customs clearance. Tracking numbers won't be updated during this period until the courier fetches the item. Tracking numbers, logidtic updates for Expedited Express may take up to 5 days, and Ocean Shipping may take up more time. Feel free to contact us for assistance with your order's shipping status. Processing Time is calculated from the time of payment and order verification (verification email sent after payment).
When order details are confirmed. You may change to another color, size, style or a different product before formal production, and changes in address before shipment. A confirmation email will update the Estimated Delivery Time.

Due to the sealed environment in logistics transportation, the furniture may have a slight smell when it is just opened. Only need to open the furniture, ventilation loose smell, 3-7 days to dissipate.
